Main point 1 : Origin "Curry"
Expected to come from India. In South Indian Tamil it is used as curari kari or karhi, meaning sauce, thick juice, which is supposed to mean seasoned curry after the curry powder is more popular among the Indians. It is used as the main ingredient of Indian cuisine. Westerners began to use it to cook and spread thoughout the world.
Main point 2 : How to cook Curry
Curry is slow food. It will be taking a lot of time for cooking. First, preparing the ingredients such as 300g of sliced pork, 200g of yellow curry paste, 2-3 pieces of quaterred onion, potatoes and carrot 1 per each and 50g of parprika paste. Second, Cut vegetable into bite size pieces. Heat the oil and put the pork in a pot, then take it out. In the same pot, fry onions for 8 minutes. Add carrots, potatoes and cooked pork. Next, pure water to the pot. After it boils, put some fat, and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 1 hours until the pork becomes tender. Then, remove from heat and add curry sauce mix. Stir well so the pieces of the mix dissolve. If you would like to use the optional seasonings, you can pure it. Then, add ketchup, Worcester sauce, apricot jam, and soy sauce. Let is simmer for 10-15 minutes(cook longer if you'd like it thicker).If you'd like to add the optional curry powder, stir it in just before serving. Pour the curry on the rice.

Do you know? Why I like a curry, beacause I like cooking for a long time and I like eat culture's japan, because eating in japan have different a along country. I think taste of curry, it is very good with someone may don't like it. I dont't know with some people don't like it but, do you know? Curry have a very benefit. Example, curry powder can improve bone health and reduce risk of Alzheimer. I think could give elder have because nowadays elder is a Alzheimer everyone may don't want like this. And it is a best topic with someone haven't have curry, it can restrain cancer. The present eating everything have bad result very much. You could have a healty food often then it make good result for you.
